REGISTRATION FEE: US$275. Deadline to register: May 31.
Late registrations will be accepted until June 6 with a US$75 late fee. No registrations accepted after June 6.
Important notes
All convention in-person attendees are required to stay at the convention hotel with their chaperones. Key Club members in the Florida District only may register for a one-day pass at a reduced rate. Florida Key Club members should contact their district administrator for more information.
All chaperones and adult guests attending the 2025 Key Club International Convention must comply with our Kiwanis International Youth Protection Policy and Procedures. This includes completing youth protection chaperone training through Kiwanis International by June 20, 2025, and having a valid background check (must not expire before July 11, 2025) before arriving at the convention on July 2, 2025. Cancellations & Refund Policy
A $25 processing fee will be applied to cancellations after June 6, 2025.
No refunds will be issued for requests made after June 27, 2025.
This cancellation notice applies to attendee registration only and does not apply to any hotel or tour reservations. Hotel and/or tour reservations must be cancelled separately.
Anyone who has purchased a registration or event ticket and does not attend will not receive a refund.
Registration cancellations must be emailed to keyclubinfo@kiwanis.org and must be received no later than 3 p.m. ET, on June 27, 2025.
