Circle K International is joining Kiwanis International June 25-27 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S., for our 2025 convention! You'll have access to networking, speakers, workshops and opportunities for personal growth — all while keeping the CKI traditions we love.
Registration includes lunch on June 26 and 27. Attendees are responsible for all other meals.

CKI Convention Registration (all fees in USD)
$275 through April 1, 2025
$325 through May 23, 2025
Registration closes May 23, 2025*
* An additional $75 late fee will be charged if you register after the May 23 deadline, making the total $400. All payments must be received by the Kiwanis office by the dates listed here in order to be eligible for these rates. There will be no exceptions!
Cancellations & Refund Policy
- A $25 processing fee will be applied to cancellations after May 23, 2025.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made after June 20, 2025.
- This cancellation notice applies to attendee registration only and does not apply to any hotel or tour reservations. Hotel and tour reservations must be canceled separately.
- Anyone who has purchased a registration or event ticket and does not attend will NOT receive a refund.
- Registration cancellations must be emailed to convention@kiwanis.org and must be received no later than 3 p.m. ET on June 20, 2025.
